Inactivity and poor nutrition choices lead to an ever increasing number of so called non-communicable diseases, such as high blood pressure and diabetes, and musculoskeletal injuries. New Zealand has been found to have the seventh highest number of obesity worldwide resulting in increased medical and social expenses. How we do it
