Katrin Puhe – Director

PG Dip SESc, MSER Practitioner (SESNZ), Sports Nutritionist

Katrin is responsible for the smooth implementation of Worksite Health Promotion Programs (WHPP) into your company. Her role includes the management of our local health & wellness provider team to ensure services of the highest standard and latest research findings.

Katrin has a strong educational background in and gained substantial experience as an exercise physiologist and sports nutritionist in multidisciplinary clinics and in her own business. She is passionate about addressing the challenges of today’s society that result in increased stress, overweight/obesity, lack of physical activity and its related health issues, such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and/or musculoskeletal conditions.

Damian Simpson – Director

B.Sc., REPs

Originally from the UK, Damian worked as a Management Trainer for HSBC bank delivering courses including team building, interpersonal skills and stress management. Moving to NZ for a lifestyle and career change he followed his passion for health and fitness and qualified from the NZ Institute of Sport as a Personal Trainer and now operates the successful fitness studio, Fitness 326 in Sumner, Christchurch.

Signe Wiingaard

MSc in psychology

Signe is in charge of WorkingWell’s psychology seminars. Signe did her Masters on the psychology of dieting; she has worked as a clinical psychologist in Denmark and seen more than a hundred clients. She has organized workshops on body image in Canada and has experience with teaching a variety of classes and seminars. Signe is currently enrolled in a PhD at the department of psychology at Canterbury University and has her own business working with Danish clients through skype. Signe is open and approachable and will organize and deliver seminars that involve the participants, encourage questions and provide clear guidelines and directions regarding the seminar topic.
